The Writers Guild strike is over and Hollywood is getting back to work. A very good place to keep yourself updated on that story is the WGA website.

During our three and a half months or so without TV and film work, I've been lucky to have had commercial voice-overs to keep food on the table. Here are a couple of shots from a recent recording session for Stater Bros. Markets at Bell Sound Studios in Hollywood. That's Aaron Mason at the controls (taken from inside the booth), and yours truly at the mic. Voice-over is great for a lot of reasons, not least of which is you don't have to dress up.
