It's okay to enjoy making a living

I’ve been an actor all my life. I’m a born performer and love to be in front of an audience. I’ve performed improv comedy at The Second City in Chicago, studied Shakespeare at the British American Drama Academy, guest-starred on prime-time TV in Los Angeles and loved all of it. Check out my resume here.

Film, TV and commercials

These days I’m writing more than acting. I make a living in commercial voice-over and play the occasional indie film role. It’s a darned near perfect life. I’m represented by Bicoastal Talent at 818/559-6422.

Voice Acting

Voice work contains all the joys of acting—without the costumes and make-up.
Here’s my 60-second demo reel

Tenchi Muyo

Tenchi Muyo is a Japanese anime, light novel and manga series with a diverse, passionate fan base.

I believe it was 1995 when we started dubbing Tenchi episodes into English. The scripts were fun. Our producers and directors were a dream. The rest of the cast was wonderful. And I loved my character, Ryoko. Who wouldn’t want to play a sexy 700-year-old space pirate? I got to run the gamut of emotions in every episode, walk through walls and fly.

I had no idea that ten, fifteen, sixteen years later I’d still be getting regular fan mail. Something about Tenchi really got to people. I consider myself lucky to have been a part of it. Tenchi fans are the best!

Tenchi fans: you might enjoy this video of a panel I did with other voice actors at Pacific Media Expo in November of 2011: The Ladies of Tenchi Muyo!
